Welcome to The Creativity Spot. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the The Creativity Spot website, programs, coaching services, digital resources, and other products or services offered by The Creativity Spot (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, making a purchase, enrolling in a program, booking a session, or downloading a resource, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase our services or materials.
1. Our Services
The Creativity Spot provides creative-development resources and services designed to help individuals explore ideas, develop clarity, identify direction, and take intentional action.
Offerings may include:
- Creative Breakthrough™ and other guided programs
- Creative Direction Sessions™ and other one-on-one services
- Workbooks, guides, templates, exercises, and digital resources
- Workshops, courses, events, and educational content
- Free resources and website content
Specific features, schedules, availability, pricing, and deliverables may vary by offering.
2. No Guarantee of Results
The Creativity Spot provides education, creative guidance, tools, and support. Individual results will vary based on many factors, including your circumstances, decisions, participation, effort, and implementation.
We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, career, creative, audience, sales, or other outcome from using our programs, services, or resources.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, projects, businesses, and results.
3. Creative Direction Sessions™
Creative Direction Sessions™ are collaborative creative-development sessions and are not legal, financial, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional services.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement ideas, recommendations, or next steps discussed during a session.
Session availability, length, included materials, pricing, scheduling procedures, and other details will be described at the time of booking.
4. Creative Breakthrough™
Creative Breakthrough™ is a guided creative-development experience intended to help participants work through creative blocks, gain clarity, identify direction, and develop practical next steps.
Participation does not guarantee completion or success of any particular project, business, product, or creative endeavor.
Participants are responsible for their own participation and implementation.
5. Purchases and Payment
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
Payment is due according to the terms presented during checkout. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Promotional, introductory, founding-member, or other special pricing may be limited by time, quantity, eligibility, or availability and does not guarantee access to the same pricing in the future.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Purchases, cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Please review that policy before making a purchase or booking a service.
7. Digital Products
Digital resources may include downloadable workbooks, guides, templates, exercises, documents, videos, or other materials.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that resource for your own purposes.
Purchasing a resource does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
8. Intellectual Property
The Creativity Spot website and its original content, programs, frameworks, resources, graphics, branding, written materials, exercises, templates, videos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to The Creativity Spot and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes, where applicable, materials associated with names and frameworks such as Creative Breakthrough™, Creative Direction Plan™, Creative Direction Session™, Creative Direction Recap™, The Creative Reset™, 20 Creative Blocks™, and The Idea-to-Action Workbook™.
Except where we expressly permit it in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, resell, republish, publicly share, upload, teach from, modify for resale, or commercially exploit our materials.
9. Your Ideas and Creative Work
Your ideas remain yours.
Participating in a program, coaching session, or other Creativity Spot experience does not transfer ownership of your original ideas, projects, brands, creative works, or other intellectual property to The Creativity Spot.
You are responsible for determining whether you need legal protection, trademark registration, copyright registration, contracts, or other professional assistance concerning your work.
10. Testimonials and Client Work
We will not claim ownership of your original creative work merely because it was discussed or developed during a Creativity Spot service.
We may request permission to use feedback, testimonials, success stories, or examples of client work for promotional purposes. Where permission is required, we will seek it before using personally identifiable client material for those purposes.
11. Account and Program Access
If an offering provides a user account, course portal, or restricted materials, your access is intended for you personally.
You may not share login credentials or provide unauthorized access to paid materials.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is being used to distribute, copy, resell, or improperly share protected materials.
12. Acceptable Conduct
When participating in group programs, communities, sessions, or interactive experiences, you agree to interact respectfully and not engage in harassment, threats, unlawful conduct, deliberate disruption, or unauthorized sharing of another participant’s private information or work.
We reserve the right to restrict participation when necessary to protect participants, our services, or our business.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may use or link to third-party platforms for payments, scheduling, video meetings, email, website functionality, course delivery, analytics, or other functions.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
